Orders are processed and approved during official business hours after order confirmation or successful payment completion.

Delivery Partner & Timeline

Orders within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are shipped through Aramex. Delivery typically takes between 2–3 business days from the date the order is approved.

Carrier Terms

Transportation, storage, and delivery services are subject to the terms, conditions, and operational procedures of the approved shipping provider, including the handling and storage standards applied by Aramex.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including their name, phone number, and address, to ensure successful delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or failure to respond to the shipping company, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled according to the carrier's procedures.

Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon receipt of the shipment by the customer or their authorized representative.

Exceptional Delays

Exceptional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistical disruptions, public holidays, or emergency situations. In such cases, we will monitor the shipment and keep the customer informed of its status.

Policy Updates

Taj Group reserves the right to modify shipping fees or delivery methods when necessary, provided that customers are informed before completing their orders.
